The Sunny Side Of The Street, Sat. 1/5 $6

After meeting on the street a few years back, Thom Lafond & Bryan Brundige started playing music together, because playing songs on sunny days is a lot of fun. Thom wrote a big batch of songs, and together they gathered up mess of covers and standards from 1920s to today.

The ultra dynamic Eric Margan played bass & flute and vocals, and The Sunny Side of the Street got extra Sunny. Brandon Isles took his rightful place on the drums, and many gigs were played, including roller derbys, auctions, art galas, street fairs, clubs, trolleys and coffee houses.

Out of a shared love of stompin around, in fall of 2012 Dylan Perrillo brought over his big bass fiddle and started to make silly faces.
